Recipe:krispy kreme nutrition

  • Flour
  • Egg
  • Sugar
  • Butter
  • Yeast
  • Milk
  • Oil

 

Method:

  1. Add water and yeast in a stand mixer
  2. Set aside for 10 minutes
  3. Add in the milk, sugar, salt, eggs
  4. Now 2 cups of the flour
  5. Turn the mixer on medium speed
  6. Then add in the rest of the flour
  7. Mix until all ingredients are combined properly
  8. Take the bowl out of mixer
  9. Cover it with a clean towel
  10. let it rise for an hour
  11. When you can push down on the dough
  12. And you can feel your fingerprint stay on the dough
  13. Work with half dough at a time
  14. Roll it to 1/2 inch thick
  15. Dip your doughnut cutter in flour
  16. Cut out a dozen doughnuts
  17. Let it rise, give 45 minutes
  18. Take a deep saucepan
  19. Please use a thermometer
  20. Fry the doughnuts
  21. Each side for 90 seconds
  22. Drain on a cooling rack
  23. After cooking it, dip into the glaze
  24. To make the glaze
  25. Take powder sugar, milk and corn syrup
  26. Microwave the ingredients together

Apple Fritter:

Apple fritters contain cinnamon and chunks of apple in the doughnut. With that it is dipped in the signature glaze of krispy kreme Nutrition.

 

  • 1 recipe Basic Yeast Donuts
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 sweet-tart baking apples
  • Cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of fine sea salt
  • Flour, for dusting

For the glaze:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • Warm water, as needed
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Just like me you will be surprised to know that there are more than 300 Varieties of Honey. ? Different types of honey are categorized by flower source. Honey from the same flower in the same location can vary in taste, depending on temperature and rainfall. Space doesn’t allow us to list all 300 varieties of honey so we’ve listed some of the more common.  As a general rule, the flavor of lighter colored honeys is milder, and the flavor of darker colored honeys is stronger.

1. Alfalfa Honey

Alfalfa is a legume with blue flowers. It blooms throughout the summer and is ranked as the most important honey plant in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Oregon and most of the western states. Alfalfa honey is white or extra light amber in color with a fine flavor. The honey makes a perfect table honey for everyday use.

2. Almond Honey

Almond honey is an amber color and has a rich, nutty flavor. Almost all almond honey comes from California. Most people are not fond of this flavor. It has bitter aftertaste. It is difficult to find this honey as most of it is sold to food producers. Many people who are allergic to nuts find that they can eat this honey.
